About Tortola

Tortola is the largest and most populous of the British Virgin Islands, and home to Road Town, the territorial capital. Renowned for its stunning harbors, pristine beaches, and warm hospitality, Tortola provides the perfect backdrop for PortVision Conference 2026.

The BVI Ports Authority operates key facilities including the Road Town Ferry Terminal and cruise ship berths. Conference attendees will experience firsthand the operations and infrastructure that have made the BVI a pivotal hub in Caribbean maritime commerce for 35 years.

Getting There

By Air

Fly to Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, or to Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas, USVI, then take a ferry to Tortola.

By Ferry

Regular ferry services connect Tortola with St. Thomas, St. John, Virgin Gorda, and other islands. The Road Town Ferry Terminal is centrally located.

Tortola offers a range of accommodations. We recommend booking early as April is peak season. Suggested areas: Road Town, Wickhams Cay, and the West End.
