PortVision Conference 2026 will take place at the Maria's By the Sea Hotel, Tortola, BVI. The venue offers a modern, comfortable setting for keynote sessions, panels, and networking, with convenient access to Road Town amenities.

Final venue logistics will be confirmed by the Authority, and all registered attendees will receive updates closer to the event date.

Tortola is the largest and most populous of the British Virgin Islands, and home to Road Town, the territorial capital. Renowned for its stunning harbors, pristine beaches, and warm hospitality, Tortola provides the perfect backdrop for PortVision Conference 2026.

BVIPA operates key facilities including the Road Town Ferry Terminal and cruise ship berths. Conference attendees will experience firsthand the operations and infrastructure that have made the BVI a pivotal hub in Caribbean maritime commerce for 35 years.

The 35th Anniversary Gala takes place on the evening of October 3rd, 2026 as a separate signature celebration following the conference programme.

Final gala venue and transportation details will be shared directly with registered attendees once confirmed by the Authority. Guests registered for the gala or conference + gala package will receive updated logistics in advance.

Getting There

By Air: Fly directly to Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, or connect via Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas, USVI and continue by ferry or charter to Tortola.

By Ferry: Daily ferry operations connect Tortola with St. Thomas, St. John, Virgin Gorda, and other islands. The Road Town Ferry Terminal is centrally located.
